Coolant capacity question

I've got a 2000 Z28, changing t-stat and coolant this weekend, but I've got differing numbers for the capacity of the cooling system.

The FAQ here says 14.5L for LS1 w/ M6, but my owner's manual says 11.3L capacity.......

Which one do I follow? :think:

Both of those are less than 2 Gal, just get two Gal and fill till full.

Good point. Get more than I need, mix, then fill until full. I should have thought of that. :sillyme:
