This little thing was awesome. It makes the shifter feel like it should have from the factory. Less than a 5 minute install. Here are some pics.

what are the benefits of the LSS and how much does it cost to get one?

it reduces the throw of each shift and if doesn't have the rubber isolator like the factory stick has. that makes it have better and more controled shifts.
in other words... just get it

It was only about $40. Like it was mentioned before, the throws are a lot shorter, and the rubber isolator which made shifts feel "squishy" is eliminated. The shifts feel firmer.

How does it differ from like the por 5.0 ??? What are the differences...obviously cost...but what else.

Whereas the Pro 5.0 is a complete shifter, the LSS is just the shifter arm.

Me too. I just put it on and drove it around. Best $20 I could have spent on my car! Thanks for the info.
I ran LSS for about 3 years and it's great. But I always thought that it was just a *little* too short for my taste. Anyway, I just installed JSS and found the perfect height!! It's about 1/2 inch longer than LSS.

How does the LSS compare to the WS6 Store's short stick? Is the LSS worth the extra money? If so, why?

i got mine and am very disappointed with it. It's definately shorter, which is great....BUT......everytime I shift onto 2nd and 4th gear, the shifter bangs off of my center console

Did you install it facing in the correct direction?
I know we had mine on backwards for a bit :wall: and it was not quite comfortable.

what do you mean by backwards? it really can only go on one logical way, right?

We at first had mine bolted on backwards.... the stick part that is... so apparently it's possible.

I've got the hurst Billet/Plus and it's awesome but the stick is still to long. Will the LSS or JSS bolt up to it?
