I'm getting a GTO, probably a 05 though. I love the car, and yes I have seen it in the "flesh" and have sat in one, poked around under the hood, etc. Before I actually saw one, I didn't really like it, but the test drive, and sitting in one, sold me. And for me, I do like the styling, I know that everybody doesn't like it, some say that it should have a hood scoop, etc. Do you see any BMWs with hood-scoops??? And the interior is light years ahead of just about any GM car and truck, or Ford and Dodge. just my oppion though.

Thats exactly why I think the GTO doesnt need scoops, because of the level its on. Its not a boy-racer TA, or a 60's muscle car, its a modern day sports coupe for an up-market Pontiac.

Pontiac must be ripping its hair out. First we say give us scoops, now people are saying no to scoops..

Circumstances now are persuading me to sell my firehawk, which I am very sad about. But, hopefully in 05 the GTO will have the LS2 and I will be in a position to get one. If it just gets the LS1 I suppose I'll just get another F-Bod
