We're a LS V8 Family!

I really appreciate that you guys generally think my LS2 V8 Miata is sick, however you really don't know how deep my family's LS V8 sickness runs.

Almost everything we drive has an LS V8 (Denalis, Suburbans, Dually) including my LS2 Miata and Jeff's Sandcar; "The Punisher"
there's even 2 LS2s and 3 LS1 engine packages in the shop.

This is my son-in-law and grandson tearin' it up at Glamis. It's a blueprinted 2006 Corvette LS2 with Cam, Springs and ARP bolts throughout. We run it with our own upgraded OEM PCM and soon to be fly-by-wire TB:D

That thing is bad ass! i bet he spent a pretty penny on it though. One of my dreams would be to drive one of those in the dunes... :cool:

I must admit I'm not a very good passenger.

I love to drive.

I went to the Dunes my first time last year and Jeff had a Tatum Motorsports car I drove at the Sand Drags, kicked ass on about 90% of the other sandrails.

A rail like this one's around 100K and then you have to have all the support crap like trailers and tow vehicle, etc. He's really good at his engine business is all I can say.

Man driving a modded LS2 up sand walls and cutting 180 degree turns while defying gravity. Instant wheelies by simply rolling into the throttle, it's really great to drive, but I gotta admit I wanta bail some times when I'm riding!!:eek:
