i have a really bad sqeaking/groaning in my rear suspension. it sounds like a old set of stairs. i have read about this but i don't recall what i have to lube and or what to lube it with..

The Lower control arms are probably on their way out. Pick up a set of BMR's for $110, and swap them out in a half hour :cool: You won't regret it. I did a BMW swap, and the car feels MUCH more stable going over bumps/railroad tracks, etc.

i just pulled off passenger side LCA and the bushings are really torn up:mad:
...just called and ordered some new BMR LCA's...

( i wonder if the welding in of the SFC's had something to do with this... )
