ARE= Problems

Since they are not a sponsor, and this is actual information from experience, I figure I would share it.

We all know ARE filed for bankruptcy and I got litterally fucked w/ Nick's games and ended up getting no engine, no $, and parts stolen from me that were shipped there, amongst others, my nitrous system.

Anyways, now they dared sending me an invoice of $ due, based on the supposed work they did, with me not having an engine, their work was never completed, and never took into account the $ I had paid ARE, nor the parts they used for other cars.

All in all, I'll say publicly what Nick told me publicly... FY :fu: :wavefu:

I guess you guys should know about this before really considering dealing with criminals for your car work.

they sent it through MC, since I got 2500$ back from their fraudes... they replied with invoices from a bankrupt company, but did not include payments done to that bankrupt company, nor the parts they stole from me to use on other cars... bunch of criminal fuckers.
Lost already close to 20k, and with this invoice, another 10k.
FY Nick... I guess I should really post all the documented proof of the $ extorted from ARE to build his house, so that he could save his **** from abandoning him.

Eugenio.... it is obvious they are doing this to make themselves feel better about the situation with you.

No doubt the "higher" ups (if you can call them that, because it changes daily... ), took a look at the A/R report in Lankar (and I'm sure the list is growing) and decided to do the easiest thing and send you a letter. Obviously they are expecting to get nothing, just to rile you up. They spent the time, energy and 50 cents on a stamp to get you pissed.

You had the last laugh with them, and don't let it get under your skin, because I bet atleast 3 people were in the office laughing at the idea of doing that to you, and at the letter before it was mailed.

Looks like 4 sticky threads on this forum might be considered coincidence for some... or maybe it's actual the fact that management running the place are pure criminals as proven beyond doubt.
I can't believe the guts they have to actually forge work and intentionally want to screw ppl.
Anyone knows any good lawyers around ?

in the invoices, there is nothing on engine parts/work... only BS work that they never completed.
They even charged me a nitrous kit... wtf ???
They stole my nitrous kit, did not get me a new one, and charged me one.
Same thing for the intake manifold.
They even charged the installation of the nitrous... wtf ?
even charged me for parts that I paid and shipped to the shop, such as the NX maximizer and LS1 timing tuner, which were bought from Nitro-Dave's and Ramchargers.

I or Pete K were the ones who originally started the work order.

This is REALLY old documentation that has been changed and modified no doubt many times over.

What is funny is that the WO can be manipulated many ways, and isn't even an invoice. I called Nick and told him to take my name off, I want nothing to do with this situation. If an updated WO without my name isn't faxed to MC, I will assume I am partly involved, and if anybody from MC calls me and would like to discuss the situation I will have to.

Jim, and I really still don't know why. It may be even something that is a complete misunderstanding.... :(

I am not concerned really about things. I was just pissed that my name was dragged in when it was so easy for it to not be. I left that place, the bad business, the ruined friendships (of which you are one), and hard ****ing work leaving my dayum house at 5am and staying until 7 or 9pm, and the weekends driving down to let customers in (Mike Cable is one), just in the end to have my friends get dumped on.

It was not fun, and one of the main reasons why I'm not there anymore. I am 10x the person I was working there, and that was another reason.

Anyway, I've made a commitment to somebody not to go into details rehashing my time there online (you know what you are) and I will respect that unless told I may.
