View Full Version : CT Lumination LED Refund Update

These guys are nothing short of crooks. I returned the Super White LED bulbs I bought from them with a copy of the email they sent me in order to receive my refund more than two weeks ago. I have yet to receive my refund or hear ANYTHING from them. I sent them an email giving them 48 hours to refund my money or I will proceed to file complaints about them to the BBB and do whatever I need to do to recoup my money and nail them on fraud charges.

Do NOT do business with CT Lumination!!!

Have you called them?

Did they say how long it would take?

While I can appreciate your frustration, threats do very little to fix the situation.

They don't have a phone number listed on their site, nor would they give me one when I asked on a couple different occasions. ANOTHER reason to stay away!

I finally got my refund after just shy of three weeks and a rather not so nice email to them.

Congrats on finnally getting the refund.

Report them to the BBB... if you know where they are located.

Oh, THOSE guys. I sent them an e-mail several weeks ago asking one question:

Are ANY of your LED lights DOT certified. They candidly admitted their didn't, but admitted that nobody else had a DOT-certified replacement bulb either.

Needless to say, I politely declined to order.

Glad you got your $$ back.

I have their addresses, both snail mail and email, and I certainly plan to!

They told me that it doesn't take 60 seconds to test the bulbs and issue a refund; it take 15 minutes. :eek: They also claimed they were super swamped due to the holiday rush back before Thanksgiving. :rolleyes: I told them that be it 60 seconds, 15 minutes or the massive influx of LED orders to stuff your Thanksgiving turkey, none of those qualify as an excuse for taking almost 3 weeks to do what can be done in 15 minutes.
