Looks great! To complete the retro look, add some 69-style Z/28 badges in place of the stock ones. You could paint the red center portion of the "Z" silver and it would look great!

That is what I was thinking except painting the red post to pewter :)

Yes, I forgot that the slash thing was red as well. If you color matched that and the "Z" to your pewter car, it would look amazing.

Thanks I finally saw a pewter Z w/ clear corners and it was not my cup of tea.
