I was just wondering if anyone is using a copper head gasket. If so, which one are you using? I was looking at the Flatout Copper Head Gaskets with Rubber Coating. I was curious what people are paying for these and find out how they work. Just checking out all my options.

Are you planing on running 900+ RWHP? Would you like to constantly re-torque your head gaskets. I mean constantly?? I have seen people run up to 900RWHP on Cometic MLS head gaskets without the need to re torque the heads back down. Now you could do a coper O-ring if you would like. But that's for extreme HP cars. If your going to be a like most of us and run 500RWHP to 600RWHP cometic MLS gaskets will be just fine!!!
They are holding up to my numbers and 13,000 miles without a single problem.

My car is going to be a daily driven car and I am hoping for somewhere around 750rwhp. I ordered the Flatout copper gaskets with the rubber seal. They say that the gaskets only need to be checked every 10-15k miles and will easily hold up to the amount of power that I will be putting out without any leaks. I guess I'll find out!

You don't constantly drive around in boost. On the street you would set the controller to low boost if there was a need to get into boost at all. Normal every day driving would be just like driving around on motor. Right now my fuel mileage is around 15, it shouldn't get any worse than that.. but that doesn't really matter. I work about 10 minutes from home.

I use a .050 SCE copper gasket with lots of copper coat, but with over 900 rwhp.
