I picked this up about a month ago. Excellent quality and craftsmanship. Top notch work. It improved throttle response and pulls harder up top with the added airflow.

This and my Cartek ported LS6 intake (http://www.ls2.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=290559) gave me about a 32rwhp gain on a Mustang Dyno.

I've been in an A4 with an S2 and my M6 with the S3. We had similar mods, but I'm putting down more power. For an M6 you'll want to get as much air going thru there, so yes.

So a ported tb and ls6 intake gave you what would be about 50 horsepower on a dynojet?Not to say they dont make power but thats ridiculous.

It's possible and I have the mustang dyno logs. I went from 398 to right at 430 on back to back pulls. Capt. Insaino gained 34rwhp on a Dyno Jet with just a regular LS6 intake swap.

I have an S3 I'm looking as I type that I need to install.
It is below 0 outside so it won't get on for a while but I await
the change in sotp

It takes about 5 minutes to do. It's 3 bolts and a couple of lines.

I really need to order an S3, since I think I'll be getting an LS6 intake shortly. How long does it typically take from shipping the TB to him (my car'll be sitting in the garage for other stuff, so I just figure I'll send the core first, since I won't be driving) to getting the ported TB back?

I got mine used, but word is that Shaner is 3-5 days door to door.
