I think you're the only one. My friend had 2 15" solobarics in his extended cap F-150 and the box took up the whole back seat. It sounded like crap too. I don't know if he didn't have a powerful enough amp or what.

solobarics are bad ass subs, but you definatly have to have the correct airspace and power for them to put out their trye potential power. If could squeeze more airespace out of the back of my car i would more than likely have them.

solobarics are a good sub, but they are more of a competition speaker. They hit hard as hell and will definitely up your db but in my opinion they sound like shit no matter what. I have heard quite a few systems that use the solo's and no matter what they just sound dirty and nasty.

They put out huge db numbers but really suck on the sound quality. Also they always advertised the solo's as being a sub that needed very little air space but if you wanted them to do anything you had to port them. Always thought that was messed up.

damn, id love to see that, i thought getting 2 15's to fit was a biatch. I Just dont see how he did it without cutting the rear side panels it make room for a wider to deck.

It's done up pretty custom in the back so I don't know if it's got the stock side panels. It may have been two 15's but dang they sure looked big enough to be 18's and I recall reading that he had 18's.
