Where did you get this? I'm not calling BS, but it looks to me like the picture file was made in Quark and is unfinished. The typefaces shouldn't look like that.

The wheels are definitely photoshopped and they are just HSV GTO wheels ;)

Go to SEMA.com and they say otherwise.

Here is the article Al is referring to. Ed Hamburger was interviewed for it.

It is a mockup of what they are doing. Real pics should be out soon enough.

I wonder if they will be able to paint this hood?

I think it looks pretty good. Different styling without going overboard. Much better than the Grand Am style hoods I saw on some other pics. More aggressive, but low key...kinda like the Firehawk.

Wheels are a HSV GTO ripoff... they should have recessed the grille.

And some (NOT me) would have you believe that there's nothing special about the performance, by telling you that it's SLOWER than a stock (but "well tuned" (carb rejetting and distributor)) 1964 example....

Those ran low 13s back then. See, rejetting the carb and playing with the distributor HAD to be good for at least, oh, 125 RWHP.

:bs:

In REALITY, the new one would SMOKE any old GOAT (stock to stock, including "tuning" as described above). I might get one once they smarten up and install and LS2/when I can buy such a car for $33K.

:drive:
