Sylvania Silver Stars

I installed a set of Silver Stars last night. They are BRIGHT! My car had Philips bulbs in it before and they had the yellow, soft white look to them. I only installed low beams, these bulbs are as bright as the high beam Sylvanias that are in there. The twin pack of bulbs was just under $40 with taxes. I haven't driven the car with them yet, but I expect major improvements.

I put some in mine, too. Just please make sure they are aimed correctly. The silverstars are brighter so they are a lot more irritating if they are shining right in someone's eyes.

I've got them on my SS and I love those bad boys. Look really sweet, I even bought a pair of Xenon white foglight bulbs, If anyone needs a link on where to get the fogs send me a pm :cool:

one of my bulbs blew out already....installed new ones today.... i only had them since september...

Great product, not wannabee HID ricer Blue, either. Just Pure White. If they blew that fast Tom, there MUST have been something contaminating the buld, greasy fingers, foreign substance, etc...I'm sure they'll make it good for you, just be really careful not to touch the glass of the bulb when handling it. :)

I have them in my Camaro, and I also put the Pilot 2028 fog lights in, and with those two, they light up the street very well. I also did the fogl light/and high beam mod, so drivingw th the brights on is soooo nice

I got the Sylvania Stars from Wla-mart and I got the Pilot 2028 fog lights from Autozone

:haha: thats like the tenth time I have seen you post that. Have you written them and asked them if they are ever going to make a blub for the foglight?

It doesnt hurt to write them alettering asking them if they would make a blub for the camaro.
