Where is the little label at that tells the paint codes and all kinds of three digit codes about the car.

It's for a firebird t/a. I'm not talking about the one on the end of the door either. It's another one I believe.

It's called a SPID label (Service Parts Identifcation)

Can be in a variety of places, depending on year. Console, glove compartment, inside rear hatch compartment, in door jamb.

If by chance the car has had any of the parts replaced that might have contained it, you can take the VIN to a dealer and have a SPID report run which will give you the same detail from that, as well as define what each RPO code actually stands for.

I don't remember where it was on my '99 SS. It's in the glovebox of my '00 C5.
