If you know how to use it, it is waaayyyy better than a Hypertech. LS1 Edit is a program by Carputing (www.carputing.com) that allows a user to change just about any prameter in a LSx based motor's pcm. It is what most of the custom tunners use to program with. It is very involved and not really user friendly for those who do not know it. But it allows a lot more control over the customization of the tune. It is not a handheld programmer either so a laptop or desktop close by is required.

So pretty much just a custom tune? What the best place to get em around little rock or memphis?

Thanks, I may have to give him a call. I am guessing you buy a new pcm with the tune in it and then return your old one? If so how hard is the pcm to change?

$550 big ones. this is for the software and the cable to hook up from your PCM to your computer.

Another vote for the Nelson Tune. Allen is a great guy (and a PV on my site) Everybody who has gone with his tune has been very happy with the results
