Anyone know the weight of a stock 6 spd TA and a 6spd Formula......

I hear the Formula's weigh less but by how much ?

I guess the hood must weigh alittle less....... thanks for the info..... 56 lbs isnt that much.......

Hood is the same unless it is a WS6. I figured the ground effects, spoiler, leather, air-pumps for the seats etc...would make up more than 56lb. I think my Formula weighed a little over 3400lbs. stock. :dunno:

I have a Formula Firehawk, cloth seats, T-tops, only GM option was Hurst short throw shifter, SLP options, Bilstein, Auburn diff. where do you find the weight on the car? If someone could tell me where to find it on the car, I will post the results.

You have to get the car weighed, the only weight listed on the car is the GWR, which is irrelavant. You can get your car weighed at your local track

I know mine is 100-150lbs heavier than stock due to mods but it's worth the weight.

I'm real happy with it. I had a SLP dual/dual on it before and the MagnaFlow sounds much better. It has a little rumble but not too noisy at low rpm's, and sounds mean ass hell when you get on it. There is a guy on here that sells them for around $330 shipped NIB so I think it's the best bang for the buck.

Thanks---I was considering that catback but wanted to talk to someone I trusted as to how good it was.

Hey Dave I have one on my car and am very happy with it. It's not real loud, has a good deep tone, and sounds bad ass when you floor it!
