I have lg super springs which drop it about the same as prokit or slightly lower and i scrape on bad entrances, speed bumps, and bad railroad crossings.
Never once have i scraped my qtp long tubes it's always the ypipe that hits.

Prokits are made to drop the ass end more than I like, that's how they designed them though. I don't like how the rear rides either, the rears don't have high enough rate for me. Some kits are different though. I've heard and seen numbers that the prokit rates are really inconsistent between different kits. If you can get them cheap though, go for it. No way to really tell if you'll like it or not until it is on the car. If they're on someones car now, go for a ride or drive it before you buy.
BTW, I couldn't get my car into the garage of my new house with the prokit. I had to use 2 3/4" pieces of ply and buy a ground control setup and raise it a tad to get in and out. I am much happier with the ground controls anyway now though. Especially the rear end and how it feels. Lol!
