has anybody here ever been to dodgedakotas.com these guys are the most full of sh*t people i've ever seen,heres a list.
1.a guy with a stock ext.cab r/t walks reg.cab 5.3's from a 40 punch.
2.a guy with a 4x4 ext.cab dakota w/a 318 beats his friend reg.2wd vortech 350 all the time
3.they think the new 4.7 ram walks on 5.3 chevys.
4.one guy with a 4.7 dakota said he beat a modded lt1 vette from a 20 roll,he was almost stock.
5.one guy told me that pro-stock chevys run chrysler engines.
6.the same guy said a STOCK 70 hemi challenger made 635hp.
7.they think the new SS runs mid 16's.
8. they think reg. cab 5.3's run 16's or 17's
9.one guy told me his friend chevy had 8 bad rods because of piston slap.
10.another guy told me that his friend had to replace all 8 pistons because of the slap,and they'd have to be replaced every 50,000 miles.
this has to be the gayest top-10 list ever,but these guys are serious as hell,if you even attempt to correct them you'd better don your flame-suit.i've been to alot of auto sites,but these guys are the worst i've ever seen.i think we all need to invade their site :D .you don't have to register to post,you don't even have to register a screen-name:2guns:

2. posssibly true. the 318 w/5 speed is actyally quicker that the R/Ts

4. I will raise the flag on this one unless the vette had serious issues or the dakotas 'almost stock' included a big shot of nitrous.

7. In a high altitude or hot climate, a silvy ss could be in the 16's. Close to sealevel in decent air they run low 15-really high 14 stock.

10. Possible he had all eight pistons replaced but I dont see why they would have to be changed every 50K.

I have seen links to all sorts of other truck sites where the guys have some pretty unrealistic claims. For instance, it is an ongoing thing on several sites about the whole stock 5.3 vs stock hemi debate. I just keep to myself on my boards and take care of business when one steps up to me.
