yes :( i'm not too fond of it... previous owner did it. i don't like the chrome aftermarket ones. i'm really thinking of getting some grey powdercoat. saw some pics over on tb.com and it looks nice.

only good thing about the white - is that was pontiac's original choice in color (or so i read once)...

The see through hood is :cool: . Back in the late 80's there used to be a TA runing around here with a plexi or lexan type of hood .He had a built up small block all chromed out , and at night it had some neons under hood too :p . And no I dont have pics, it was the 80's before cell phone and digi pics. ;)
