So how do we feel when (as far as we know) vendors and manufacturer's agents promise or agree to everything from delivery dates to performance. When they fall short frequently it would be nice to know that there is a list. The difficulty here is that there are always two sides to every story and I said he/she said rants are boring at best. If anyone knows a workable format for a Forum that is helpful and not simple bashing, i'd like to see it. There is nothing more frustrating than being promised even a simple update phone call from a vendor parked on the column to the right and getting nothing. Personally, I've learned that UPS can take 2 weeks to travel 3 days...never make arrangements to have anything installed that isn't in your garage already...never believe anything including price is important as customer service.
