HELP! Tryning to remove fuel line Schrader valve core pin

Ive been trying to remove the pin from the schrader valve for about 3 days now now using this tool...

I can't seem to remove it. I have the notched side inside the valve and turning counter clockwise. Why wont it come out? Is there anything I'm doing wrong?

Are you sure it is catching the Schraeder valve?

Thats what im not sure about. I'm pressing down as hard as I can, and turning counter clockwise. It feels like the notch might be too small, or the tool too big. But its def not catching how its supposed to

You might want to try a different type of tool. Maybe try the kind that looks like a pocket screwdriver.
