Yep, 24 lb is stock.. but you have to make serious power to overtax the injectors. When I had my LT1 I was running 12.1's on 7 psi and every bolton known to man, and I wasn't anywhere near maxing out the stock fuel injectors, I had to put a restrictor in the FMU line just to get my O2's to drop from 1050mv to 900mv.
Now, rebuilt with 10+ psi or making ungodly power, you may have to throw some 30 or 36 lb injectors on. Might want to ask the tech section here and on other boards tho, much more insight then you'll get here :P

Sons car....he has AFR heads, ZZ9 cam, hooker LT's, BBK TB, Adj fuel prs reg, 3.73 gears, etc.....
Car hasnt responded as well to mods as it should.....gonna dyno tune it, but want to be sure the injectors are up to snuff b4 ponying up the $$$ for the tune......
Seemed to me that Ford SVO injectors would fit the LT1, and they were relativley inexpensive

He may be cutting it close with 24lb injectors. I forgot the formula to figure out what you need (edit found it). When you're talking blowers the B.S.F.C changes and you may need more injector.
On most n/a engines the B.S.F.C is .45 or .50. This means that the engine will use .50 lbs. of fuel per hour for each horsepower
In your case, to find out where your 24lb injectors stand:
For the formula it'd be.
24lb/hr x # of injectiors (8) x .8 (duty cycle)
Divide by B.S.F.C of .45
Which should be your injectors are good up to 341.3333 horsepower. However, just a rough estimate and I've seen them go higher than that. You can also alter this with fuel pressure.
The SVO injectors are good injectors. If I remember correctly, ford runs lower fuel pressure therefore they will actually be slightly higher on the LT1.
