THe 35th anniversary leather seems softer to me than the leather in other F-bodies and T/A's. Did they get softer leather for the anniversary edition?

But do you have a 35th anniversary SS? Not just an 02 - he's asking about the red one with the stripes.
In an attempt to get this thread back on track, the 35ths definitely got a different color scheme. I'm not sure if the material was different than the others or not. But could the dye used to make the color be the cause? For example, a white shirt is generally softer than a black one because of all the dye in the black one. Makes a little sense, I guess.
Anyone with a 35th know?

I have a 35th SS, I think the leather feels the same to me, but if anything it might be a little softer
