will not affect... as if you never had nitrous.
The thing is that you get used to the nitrous and it's addictive... after a few runs with nitrous, when running NA, one might feel as if the car isn't pulling hard... but it is... just that you got used to the 100+ hp or so.

is a dyno tune required for say a 100 shot?

i would definately get it tuned to make sure everything is running to maximum capacity to be on the safe side

Nitrous addiction is a dangerous thing... Nitrous Addicts Anonymous (NAA) meetings are useless at best... they just add to the problem :D

I also agree with FST02CETA about the tuning. Getting a good tune is always a good idea no matter what you're doing.

I just added a few things I had over on the other sight, might check it out at the top of the page. :)

If I had a penny for everytime I heard "I am only going to spray a 50 shot or 75 shot". I could afford my bottle bill every month ;)

Quite addicting

At the flip of a switch and the press of the pedal is all it takes for an extra 100-175 hp. :D

It wont hurt any part of performance of your car.

Nitrous is like a fine peice of ass. Once you hit it you just want to keep hitting it over and over and over until it gets old, then you want to srat doing things like heads/cam/gears/stroker motor like me. :D

No you do not need a specific tune unless you are running a 100 dry shot. If it is a wet shot you do not need a tune for it. I ran a 75 shot and dyno'd on the 100 pills w/o any special tuning. My car was however tuned for the H/C setup.

All you need to do is simply instal a timing retard. For instance, as soon as I Arm the nitrous system it retards my toming by 4 degrees. This way everything is nice and safe!

The only loos of power n/a you may feel under this condition is because you would have to go to a colder plug. For example a TR6 instead of the TR55 N/A. But the loss of power will be so little you will not feel it.

Or you can do it backwards. ;) Get H/C first, get bored and put on a small juice shot to make it fun again and run mid 10's in your daily driver ;)
