What's the best way to do it?

put the stock springs back in. Or, replace the bump stop if you have it removed, that wont quite give you and inch, but if you wrap some heater hose around the bottom coil that will give you some more. Also, replace your shocks if they are sagging

Or use the Global West adjustablr spring perches that go between the spring and the axle. Adjusted to the bottom the back will sit about an inch higher.

The round ones look like they might do the job.But the others that fit between the coils would mess with the way the spring
functions and the spring rate.

Cargo coils from Moog might raise it a bit. PN CC635 covers 82-02.

Why not do it right and get coil-overs and bilsteins? I have those on my car and I can adjust the car to ANY height I want. Slammed to 4-wheeler. Sam Strano has them and can help you with the spring selection.

do those coilovers use standard springs on the rear?

No, you get the springs and coilovers as a kit. They are shorter than stock as they sit on top of the coil over red threaded piece.
