My friend has a 2000 SS. Aluminum Flywheel, Carbon Fiber Driveshaft, Stock Motor. Mac headers, Gutted Cats, Borla Exhaust, LS6 Intake. He's got the V9 Gtrim with the 2.75" Pulley. Pushing 10 to 11 psi of boost. Superchips Programing. RWHP 547.
Not too bad..

that's kinda dangerous on a stock bottom end. That's a ticking timebomb, hope he has a flatbed behind wherever he goes.
fwiw an m6 car should see 450-460 to the wheel easy.
auto -440-450

there was a guy here with an 00 z28 with totally stock internals with full bolt ons and short headers. I think he dynoed 565 RWHP on 10lbs of boost and then he got alky injection and bumped the boost up to 13lbs but he didn't get any dyno numbers with it..

its definately the right numbers because I was there watching it. It was on a dyno jet...
and i dynoed 350RWHP and 373 RWTQ on there with my mods so it seems correct...
he still posts on ls1.com and ls1tech. his screen name is blowninterceptor

those numbers are more consistent with 13 lbs not the 10 lbs.

I just saw some of his old posts and he said the numbers were with 10lbs and the alcy injection with about 25* timing
and he bumped it up to 13 and hadn't dynoed it.

A stock 6 speed will usually dyno around 290-300 rear wheel horsepower. Those numbers will jump up to about 435-450 hp with the addition of the 9# Vortech.
