Just Cleaned throttle body and i am suprised at the difference. I used the spray can intake/throttle body cleaner from autozone. It looked pretty bad and oily after 40k miles and now after i cleaned it it idles smoother. Cant wait to see the diff after i do top end cleaner this spring. I would recomend this to anyone who has a nasty lookin TB.
PS: How hard is it to change the PCV valve on the LS1? it looks alot tougher than on any other car that i have owned. probubly dont help that i have fuel rail covers tho.

Changing the PCV Valve is a cinch. Just remove the passenger side fuel rail cover. Look on the passenger side of the TB and you will see a hose that goes from the TB and continues down the passenger side of the engine. Follow that hose and you will see a bulge in the hose. Unwrap the insulation and there is the valve. Nothing to it at all and will take a few minutes to replace. May want to look into a oil catch can to keep the oil from being sucked into the intake.
