I plan to use my current two stage on my 409ci setup. My first stage is a dry shot and my second stage is a wet shot. I want to add an external fuel source and pump to my existing wet kit. I currently have Walbro Intank, hotwire kit, and volt booster. I am going to add a inline pump as well. My injectors will be 42lbr's. I will spray the dry a max of 150 shot and I have 150 shot jets in my wet kit right now, but I have no clue what the max you can spray a wet shot thru the ls6 intake. On my 348ci I was able to spray a 250 shot on my old fuel setup and it never went below 56psi. This was on a mustang dyno with a 3600lb load at 4800rpm. Do you guys think I am missing something or will my idea of adding the inline and external fuel source help?

I think it will work but you also have the option of doing a stand alone fuel system for the wet shot. You can do a small fuel cell in the engine compartment and fill it with race fuel and have a inline pump for that. That way you know you will have plenty of fuel and you can raise the octane when you are using both stages. JMHO.

Kind of sounds like what I said. :) I am still going with the inline pump for the normal fuel setup and another one for the wet kit. How much can I spray through the intake and how much horsepower would this fuel setup support?

i think you could probable go with a 150 dry and a 150-200 wet. I think at 200 you are pushing it, though.

If I could get away with 150 dry and 150 wet that is more than enough for my setup. Later I will get the direct port setup. My plan is to have some room to grow. I will mainly only spray the dry shot, but for those special occasions I will jet the dry down to 100 and turn the second stage on and hit the 150 shot.
