I paid $17 or $27 at a local dealer. Just ask for the KM for a '96 M6 'Vette. ;)

i have a 94 z does it have to be a KM from a 94 LT4 or can it be from a differnt year LT4?

The year doesn't matter you don't have to specify a year anyway. Just ask for the part number I listed above and your ok.

the LT4 wasnt available until 1996 and was standard on all m6 vettes. i think there were a few SS's and Firehawks from SLP with it as well, but GM won't have anything in their computers about those. so use the part number or ask for a 96 m6 vette.

i got a question i want to do an lt4 conversion for my 94 z28 what else do i need other than the lt4 knock module and the conversion kit ?

in my yearone catalog they have an LT4 conversion kit and it says that they recomend you to upgrade to 24-lb. injectors and to reprogram the PCM

id be cheaper i think to have your stock LT1 heads & intake ported and get a bit bigger cam, and more power
