I JUST WANT TO MAKE EVERYONE AWARE OF MY DEALINGS WITH TREVOR SO THEY DON'T END UP WHERE I'M AT.


I bought a used NX wet kit from him and caught him in several lies and ended up holding the short end of the stick.:(

I bought it from him late last year with the intention of slowly installing it over the winter. I had problems with him from the very beginning of our transaction.

After sending him payment, I recieved the package he sent which was missing several items (blowdown tube, nitrous relay, bottle heater transducer, #65 jet, spark plugs and a few pills).

Ok, I have not been able to find my blow down tube or locate another around here, so I was wondering if this would be okay.

Im shipping out the solinoid and the plugs tomorrow, and I was going to put $50 in the box also to make up for the BD tube and now the jet(if I cant find it right away)? Im not sure if thats enough to cover it... Im going to search around and see how much they are tonight.

There was never a blowdown tube because the bottle he gave me was for CO2 and there wasn't even a fitting for a blowdown tube. I ended up having to replace the whole nozzle because there was no way to attach a blowdown tube to the one he gave me.

I sent it on monday. I just did regular ground shipping. The UPS store said it might take a while to get shipped out and get there bc of the holidays and that they are VERY VERY busy. I actually called today to see if it had shipped and they told me NOTHING is being shipped out today due to the snow we are having here. I thought that was odd, but they said they dont want to take the chance with their driver. The roads are VERY bad and icey here right now bc of snow. I was told it should be out tomorrow at the latest. I will call back tomorrow and see if it has been sent out yet.

That is really weird? I would have thought it would be there too. Im going to go ahead and say they lost it, bc it would be my luck. I didnt think it was to good when they told me they werent shipping it out that day. Well lets give it tomorrow and if it hasnt shown up, ill go and buy a new set of plugs and send them to you including cash for the bottle heater solinoid($110) and another $30 to cover the tube and jet on monday and get a tracking number and insurance. I dont know what else to do, bc I didnt get a tracking number or insurance on this package. I was sure it would be ok. I also think I lost the reciet for the package also so that would do no good.

Seems pretty calm for someone who just lost $50 cash and is now going to lose more replacing these items.


At this point, I asked that he just Paypal me the money which he did and I just decided to cut my losses and try to make the best of it what I had. So, I slowly gathered everything I'd need to do the install and slowly hooked things up a little at a time.

I finally got the bottle filled and hooked it up in the car now only to find out that the main nitrous feed line is leaking and will need to be replaced. For a complete kit in fine working order, this kit he sold me has been nothing but a headache. I just wonder what other snags I'll come across before everything is up and running.

There are probably a few things I'm forgeting about but I am very upset at the moment and it's been a while since this whole transaction took place.

All I can say is I bought the kit used and sent you everything that I recieved in the kit. I didnt install the blowdown tube bc I couldnt find it at the time of install.

I even sent you $160 paypal for the missing things. I dont see how that is so bad? It might have taken a while for the things to get there but I explained to you numerous times I was really busy with school and work and family things over the phone!

Agian, Im sorry for this, I have apoligized numerous times! You got the n2o kit, I always returned your PM's and Phone calls and I even sent you the $160 to replace the things lost.

I could have just skipped out and no longer returned any of your PM's or phone calls and I sure as hell didnt have to send you the $160 for the missing things.

The deal was rough, Ill admit that. And again, Im sorry for that. I just dont see a reason for you posting this until you saw I was trying to sell the car. It would have made more sense if you would have posted this when the deal ended, not when you saw I was trying to sell my car!

I guess some people dont understand people have rough times. I was broke as hell and I still sent you the $160! Tell everyone Im a bad seller bc of some mishaps.... thats fine. I just know that I did everything I could to make it right!:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

I went ahead and posted this because as I'm slowly putting this thing in, I keep finding problems.

You said everything is in fine working condition and you even ran 2 bottles through it. Now you claim you bought it used and have no knowledge of the line leaking.

Why don't you admit that you never had a blowdown tube. The CO2 bottle you sent me was not even fitted for it.

Yes, you did send me $160 back of the $560 I sent you to cover the things you claimed to have sent that UPS lost which you also had no reciept, tracking number or anything else to prove you sent it.

I've spent more money to trying to piece this kit together than it would've cost me to buy a kit new.

I was just going to cut my losses and chalk it up as a lesson learned but the line leaking was the straw that broke the camel's back. You knew exactly what you sold me and the condition it was in.

I go through rough times as well in my life but I still don't have it in me to be deceptive and dishonest. What goes around comes around and one day life's going to bite you in the ass.

Im not that kinda person. Many people from the DFW area will tell you think. I sent you what I bought... and for the LAST FUCKING TIME... I had a blowdown tube, but I lost it before the install so I didnt bother with it. I had NO idea that there wasnt a fitting for it. Hell I didnt even install the kit... and friend did!

And if I lied about sending the plugs and solinoid, why would I have sent you the money for it? It just doesnt make sense. If I didnt want to send you those things, I wouldnt have even sent you the money for them.

And again, I had no idea that the line was leaking. It wasnt leaking when I had it... I guess it could have happened during un-install... but I dont know.

Again, I apoligize, but thats all I can do now. I sent you the money to cover stuff and Im sorry things worked out the way they did. I bought the kit the way I sent it to you.

Exactly.. everything was in working order when I took it off the car. I dont know much about nitrous but I know a blow down is not a necesity to work... only to run at the track.
