Just a bonus, this is where most people hook up the CAGS stuff. WRONG!

CAGS is on the same side but about 12" toward the front of the tranny.

I have yet to replace my pilot bearing, even after 2 clutch explosions:eek:

A question for you E, will a failing pilot bearing cause a squeel to come from the input shaft when upshfting or downshifting:confused:

What are the typical symptoms to a blown pilot bearing?

These are information threads guys. PLease ask your questions in the parent forum. A pilot bearing failure might squeal, it may allow vibration.

It is so simple to change (once you get to it).
