Can I do it without a pump to pump it back in?

I assume you're talking about the rear end gears... the answer is yes, you can. I put more rear end fluid in mine with a flexible funnel... went kinda slow because gear oil is so thick. It'll take almost a full 2 quarts before it starts to flow back out of the fill hole, and at that point you just close it back up and you're ready to go!

As Tranzor_Z28 said, a funnel and good flex hose, and you are set.

How often should you change your rear end oil?

I change mine every 10,000 miles.

I'd say if you're just driving normally, 20k or every 2 years, whichever comes first.
If you go through an entire track season though, I'd say change the gear fluid after every race season.

Depends on how you drive your car and where. If it is a daily driver it shouldent be as bad a if you were on a track, or the drags all the time.

I just use a flexible hose stuck on the end of the Mobil 1 container. Works well for me.
Try to get the nozzle end of the bottle into the vent hole (if the vent is removable; many are on older 7.5's) or pull the plug (3/8" square drive) and get the nozzle in there. Iv'e done both with no funnel.
