Codes to DISABLE are:

O2

P0137 HO2S Circuit Low Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2
P0138 HO2S Circuit High Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2
P0140 HO2S Circuit Insufficiency Activity Bank 1 Sensor 2
P0141 HO2S Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2
P0157 HO2S Circuit Low Voltage Bank 2 Sensor 2
P0158 HO2S Circuit High Voltage Bank 2 Sensor 2
P0160 HO2S Circuit Insufficiency Activity Bank 2 Sensor 2
P0161 HO2S Heater Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 2
P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency below threshold Bank 1
P0430 Catalyst System Efficiency below threshold Bank 2


EGR

P0400 EGR Flow Malfunction
P0401 EGR Performance
P0402 EGR Excess Flow Detected

Deleting Air, EGR, & O2 codes in EFILive


Open EFILive Tuning Software
Open your latest tune OR download the current tune from your PCM.

Open Engine Diagnostics
Click "Engine DTC Processing Enablers
Set the appropriate Pnnnn DTCs to "X:NOT REPORTED"

It should look like this:

When you have them all set:
Click: Engine DTC MIL Enablers
Set the appropriate Pnnnn DTCs to "No MIL"

It should look like this:

When you have them all set, then use FlashScan to update your PCM with the new settings








Deleting Air, EGR, & O2 codes in LS1EDIT


After initiation of the LS1EDIT software (using the program of ls1edit_edit.exe), do the following:



Open your last current PCM saved file and then:

Click: “Edit:
Click: “Engine Diagnostic”
Click: “Hardware Diagnostics”
Click: “Select Diagnostic test”
Scroll down to appropriate code.

Set the screen to the following:

Does Error set SES = ON

Error Mode = Type X = turned off

It should look like this

Now, continue with the remainder of the codes.



When you are finished, Save your file and then take the steps to update the PCM with the new settings using the "ls1prog.exe" file.
