what do you guys think? Should I buy new wheels or save up for a lowering kit w/everything I need?

Pro kit all the way man...the drop is just right, rides pretty well, and you won't be scraping everything in sight with them.
lower it , the rims you have on it dont look bad

Lower it! Eibach Pro Kit with SLP Bilsteins for a daily driver.
It will cost alot less to do the suspension and the handing is alot more fun that just pretty wheels.
Besides your wheels you have on there now are nice!
BTW what are they -18x8?

Lower it first but eventually get new wheels. The 077's are a great looking wheel, I had a set on my old GTP, but they just are not wide enough for the f-body.
lower it now, but do wheels in the near future, those dont look TOO bad, but they are too narrow, i dont see how you keep any traction at all
