LS1 Motor Swap???

I'm really thinking about doing an LS1 swap into my 4runner sometime in the next year.

Its a 1992 SR5 4X4 4runner in immaculate condition...but the motor is just WEAK. Its a 3.0 V6 with 150 hp at the crank, and the truck weighs in around 3,800 or so.

I figure once the camaro is completely paid off, I'll probably lease something "practical" :rolleyes: as my daily driver, and get a little crazy w/the 4runner as well.

Anyhow, anybody ever know somebody who's done this or seen one? I'm trying to find a kit out there, but no luck so far.

With a H/C package, I'll have the ultimate sleeper 4runner. :drive:

F that, just put in the toyota V8... its a nice motor and with the right internals you can run PLENTY of boost. Either that or put a supra motor in it.
