These headers have just been released for the LS1 -

FlowTech headers are precision engineered and leak tested to get maximum performance and fuel economy from your engine. Each header is formed from specially selected .049 cold roll flash controlled tubing, and features FlowTech's exclusive, thick, mandrel-formed Power PlenumTM collector. All ports are precisely fitted and finished with sturdy, leak-proof O-ringed port seals, and all FlowTech headers include all mounting hardware including bolts, nuts and premium gaskets.

FlowTech headers are available with either a high-quality, electrostatically-applied PPGTM satin black paint finish or with a specially formulated, NASA-developed silver luster ceramic coating for rust and corrosion resistance.

Mandrel-formed Power Plenum collectors for low backpressure
Constructed of .049 cold roll flash tubing
Precision engineered for fit, performance and economy
Includes all mounting hardware and premium gaskets

The headers range between $270.-$370. and $130. - $230. for the offroad Y-pipe.

they look exactly like Hookers. Does Holley own hooker as well?

Holley owns everyone! :) Well, almost... They do own FlowTech.

true...which makes me wonder how these are different than hookers, theyre cheaper in price so are they a cheaper version?

it was posted on LS1tech by Tom from Speed Inc, its the same gauge steel as hooker. I think it was either 16 gauge or 18 gauge......

These headers are only designed to be used with their offroad Y-pipe. Only shorty headers will mate up to the factory Y.
