Mods:
Electric fans
Ported TB
Home made 4" intake
Gutted cats
Magnaflow 3" Exhaust
Diablo tuning(Done myself with programmer)

283.9 RWHP
315.1 RWTQ

I will be adding Hamm headers and then re dyno/tuning to hopefully get over 310 rwhp in the next month.(Need to get the headers coated)

My first pass of the day was 268RWHP with the base Diablo tuning.

Dang, that is pretty good. That is close to the numbers mine put down with headers but only tunning I had at the time was a Hypertech.

Nince numbers... :) I don't mean to hijack your post but do gutted cats actually make a difference?

Only if they are clogged to start with. Only reason mine are gone is because I was getting six pounds of backpressure from each one and we dont have emissions here.

I am not sure if the deleted cats make power as that kind of happend on accident.

We were prototyping a new catalyst component for the trucks and didn't have time to install the cats.

We will be making a new one very shortly with cats then I will re dyno.

My neighbors will be happy when I fix the issue because the truck is loud as hell right now.
