GM installed the standard shifter, and then there was a Hurst upgrade available in the f-bodies. Y-bodies had just the one shifter available through the C5 years, correct?

What are the identifications of each f- body shifter? Anyone have pics of them? My 86 has been in storage for months so I can't look at the base-level 96 shifter in it. :o

Any stock or aftermarket shifter pics welcome in this thread!

The C5 had a shifter option- sort of- the ZO6 has a stiffer grommet where it attaches to the torque tube. The std M6 has more rubber at this attachment point.
I have F car pics but i can't seem to post them.
