Sounds like you have fried the check valves perhaps as well as the circuit ... have you recently installed headers by any chance?

nope...stock manifolds. could i have shorted it out by any chance? i hit a rather large puddle and water got everywhere...
whats all needed to replace check valves(price), or can i just get the codes deleted?

That's possible.... if you are in an area where you don't need them for an E test you may be better off taking all of the air tubes and blower out and deleting the codes :)
