Looks sweet  I think I'm gonna go with some 18 or 19 inch wheels with Nitto Terra Grapplers. What do you guys think about that?

The paint may look nice in cloudy light, but I DO USE IT ON TRAILS, so it isn't a road queen...

This is the first time I see black rims on a NBS GM truck.

there's a red silvy with a 2/4 here in Lake Worth with black stock wheels, but they're spray painted.

Well, I had never seen one like this before, and before I bought the truck, I had a "vision" of what it would look like (meaning I pictured it without trim and emblems and chrome)... but I didn't want to buy aftermarket wheels, because everyone does that. I paid $140 to get all four wheels powder-coated, versus $500-1000 to get new rims. I had the body shop paint the bumpers black and paint the side mirrors black and paint the grille black.
I then found the "bumper color" spray paint at Auto Zone and went about painting the grey plastic trim and some of the interior...(this stuff work amazing and looks like it was molded black).
I think the wheels look amazing because they are subtle. I do believe that this truck is one of a kind right now. I have seen some with black wheels, but nobody with stock black wheels on an all black truck with BFG 33's Mud TA's... the stock tires looked very small when the wheels were the same color.
Thanks for the comments fellas.

sweet truck, gonna lift it?
RECOGNZ

No lift. I prefer the look and ride of the stock height. It is safer on the highway, and everyone lifts everything around these parts...crazy 8+ lifts and it looks cheap IMO.

Looks really nice. I like the idea of powder coating the wheels and for the price you can't lose. :)
