how do you know they are wet with gas if you haven't pulled them?

What are they in? you could disable the ecm with the fuse so it doesn't squrit any fuel? Then turn the car over for a little bit?

Floor the gas pedal while trying to start it.
if this doesn't work,
just pull them out, look at their condition, if its not bad, let them dry, if they are really shitty looking, replace them.

Plugs are what $2-$4 a piece, if your going to pull them out to check em, you might as well just put new ones in since your going through the trouble.
