Since I installed the TA (chassis mount w/DS loop) I have a slight knock coming from the center of the car when going on/off throttle in low gear & sometimes shifting into 2nd, more pronounced when driving hard. All the hardware is tight & I greased the front fitting. Is this normal?

You should expect more road noise transmited into the cabin, but it shouldn't clunk like that. What is the pinion angel set at?

I have the same set up. I started with a tunnel brace that would work with long tube headers and scrapped everything in sight - speed bumps, railroad tracks, manhole covers etc.
I changed to one straight across to fix the above and it clunks too. I've taken it out 3x's to see what's up. Today while talking to the Spohn guy, I wondered it I am running out o thread on the bottom front bolt. I'll try a washer then new bolt. I'll update you.

The clunk is normal with a Spohn. I don't know why but mine has done it from the day it was installed. Another local guy had one and got rid of the Spohn because of the clunking but he was certain it was setup right.

Sorry to take so long to post.
My "clunk" came from the bottom bolt in the front of the TA closest to the tunnel brace. In swapping the straight across one from the curved long tube tunnel brace, I must have messed up the threads on the bolt.
I was not getting the bolt to the "snug" level Spohn recommends. I cleaned up the threads with a file and was able to tighten it up properly. More than snug will not allow it to pivot.
I disagree with all Spohn's clunk. Mine didn't before I swapped tunnel braces and it doesn't now. One does have to keep it lubricated.
