My headlights have become cloudy looking and they feel rough. What can I do to clean them up so they look clear again?

meguiars plastic cleaner and polish or you could try and wet sand them

inside the lens or outside?

outside can be polished then cleaned to help remove some swirls if that is what you have. if it's the inside - perhaps you got some moisture in there or something?

Thanks guys it's on the outside of the lens. I saw a show today and one of the tips they had was to use Mother's Mag and Wheel Polish and then follow up with their polish for plastic lenses.
