I have a shift kit in my brand new auto tranny that's just been rebuilt a couple of months ago. The 1 to 2 shift is really hard and firm, and the other shifts are also pretty firm. I just noticed today that the 1 to 2 shift has gotten a lot harder kind of jerking almost. Also when I put the car into drive from park it jerks and lunges.
