View Full Version : dyno soon, what to expect?

I have a 2000 M6 trans am. The mods are:magnaflow exhaust, Shorty headers, SLP Lid, and S2 TB. Around what numbers should i be expecting?

330 maybe. Those shorty headers wont do anything to be honest. Get some longtubes and you will see 350+.

i know the shorties arent giving me but 5hp maybe, but i bought the car with the headers on it. I would get LT headers, but i plan on gettin a newer one(01 or 02) with less miles in about a year or two, and dont want to have to go through the trouble of swappin headers.

OK well i got it done yesterday and i pulled 330.7hp and 342.1tq. I was happy with it.

yep with the HP you guessed it dead on, with the TQ i was right at what you all said would be the highest.

yea, wildbill got it dead on with the HP, and i guess its good the TQ was on the high side of it. oh and you were off, it was 2 more than 10 over;)

haha but you guys were right on, i was figuring 325/335, since that was around the middle, so i was real happy when i got 330/342
