If i can atain 20lbs, which may be reaching a little, it looks like I'd be a 1000+ FWHP if i listen to the folks at garrett.

wheres the traffic!
My previous car had a 496" bbc w/aluminum heads. Both the heads and block were o-ringed. The key to a good seal is how well you use a silicone type sealant to keep water from leaking. Other than that if the o-ring and receiver groove are done correctly then you should have problem w/20 lbs of boost. That setup is good for at least 30 lbs.

I run 15 lbs and a 100 shot, and my block has 9/16 head studs and receiver groves and my heads are o'ringd. The block and head work cost about a $1000.

I had my 6.0L block o-ringed and running around with no problems. I plan to turn the boost up to 20+lb's when I have the fuel system and methanol injection kit done.
