Hi all,
I have found a tuner in my area but they do not use LS1 edit. I believe they use the "Revolutions" software which I think is by diablosport. :dunno:
Anyways, I am running a little rich now and will be adding headers soon and was wondering if I should even bother going to the tuner or whether I should just drive 6 hours to speed inc.
What do y'all think? Is the revolutions software any good? I've only heard horror stories about the predator so i'm kinda skeptical.
TIA

James can correct me if I'm wrong but I thought the Revolutions software was for the Predators :dunno: .... but don't believe it works with the GM PCM ..... you may or may not need tuning with the headers but I would hazard a guess that it would help ..... it would be a good thing to log some data after install to see and then you can make an informed decision before spending your $ )

Yeah, I'm certain I'll need tuning after headers....
I won't put them on until I have a tuning solution in the works.
I don't have access to any data logging tools right now so I'm looking for a competent tuner to meet all my "needs";)

I wounder if they have a predator hotwired up for all cars somehow. That sounds odd.
I personally like to do my tuning on a dyno with a wideband then check the tune on the street/track using the dyno as a baseline.
Now if I only had a dyno close by :(

Yeah, i'm gonna have to drop by the shop when I have some time (almost never lol) and see their setup. It seems they've done a few LS1s before...
linky is http://www.dynosport.com
I'm just a little wary of the predator tuning if that is what they are using...

Doesn't matter the program it is the tuner. I have only ever had a Predator tune. ;)
