For those of you with this kit or familiar with it, just a few quick Q's (asking for a friend)...

What boost will this kit run at stock and will it be enough on a completely stock engine to get some good numbers? On their site they say they got 480whp and 560rwtq with the T-76 kit with injectors and pump, this possible on a stock engine?

Has TTI fixed all the problems with their new kits? I heard they now have a larger manifold, 3" downpipe, and a better crossover pipe included in their T-76 kit. Any oil problems remain with this kit however?

Just curious if this kit is a wise choice on an engine with such high compression in stock form - car will be a daily driver with many miles per year. Also car will be run on 94 octane gas all the time.

Finally, the exhaust... are high flow cats needed now and O2 sims? What about the muffler... since he already has a catback exhaust installed. I am unsure what happens to the exhaust, cats and O2 sensors on a turbo setup.

Thanks for the help!

I'm not sure about the specifics of this kit, but in reference to your question about how long the engine will last, you shouldn't have a problem. As long as you take good care of her, your turbo LS1 should be just fine seeing boost with a stock engine.

6-7psi should not be a problem, make sure you get the car tuned on a dyno to do that, otherwise i would learn ls1 edit and start at 3psi.

you can def. get 500rw out of it if you put your mind to it.
yes they have made all of the above revisions to the kit.
cat is replaced or removed (your choice) and will bolt up to a stock style cat back exhaust.

you can turn off the rear 02 sensors when you get the tuning done.
