Did you go looking for and buying one for a reason?Or were you looking for something else and bought a drop top instead?
When I decided to order one I wanted a low #s T/A.So I did some research and found the Trans Am vert WS6 6-speed were some of the rarest Birds.Plus since I never owned a convertable buying one was a no brainer.

I got one because no chick can resist riding in it with the top down. I love my car! I was looking for a hard top but found mine with low miles and cheaper than I was finding most hard tops so of course I got it.

Because there is nothing better than dropping the top on a nice summer day and cruising without a care in the world

I was looking for a C5 vert and found the WS6 and fell in love....besides you see WAY more C5s than you do WS6s. Infact I have only seen 2 other WS6s verts in person.

Yeah two reasons:
1) Southern California
2) Open track racing
Wanted a WS6 ram air 'cause I'm a pontiac guy (POCI) but got too good a deal on a SS to pass it up.

I love my vert. This is my second vert. I also have a 94 mustang GT convertible. I've owned that car since 1998. I told my husband the only way I would get a different car is if we could find a White SS Convertible. Well last year on my birthday we went by this dealership, and there she was!!! I fell in love, and we bought her that day. :D

I was searchng for something that would go great with summer. I wanted Chrome wheels, leather int. CD, and a V-8.
I found T-top's WS6's, LT1 Vettes, Mustangs. All nice but when i saw my Z28 convertible I was floored. It was Bright Red with White leather, Chrome wheels, 12 disk, and 4,000 miles. I bought it on the spot. I couldn't go a Summer without it now.

Ditto. When we (my wife and I) decided we wanted to get a C5, it was going to be a Millennium Yellow convertible or nothing. I think we made the right decision. :D

I do have to worry about angry, frustrated honey bees though. It's the funniest thing watching one strain themselves trying to suck the pollen out of the car's paint which they do almost everywhere we stop. :D
