View Full Version : Breaking down and doing a color swap on the 78 T/A

Ok my 78 T/A was originally White w/Red interior and red graphics.

Its coming down to the point where I need to pick a color cause if Im gonna color swap it I need to start cutting the new color into some spots before putting certain things back on.

Im not really crazy about going back with white so I want to change it to another color but it has to go good with the red interior cause Im leaving that.

I dont want to do Black cause Black is such a bitch to keep clean even though it looks awesome when clean.

So Ive come down to these 2 choices.

White or Silver

ive pretty much made up my mind on Silver

What yall think?

The car when finished will have these 8" Snowflake wheels on it.

IMO, those rims look lousy on a silver car. :dunno:

Well, out of those two colors I would go with silver - but I also hate white cars with a passion.

Silver is good but what about something custom? Maybe a paint scheme similar to the 10th anniversary but with different colors?

Im not big on custom paint schemes.

I want to stick with an original style color

I've seriously though about going with something besides black on mine. The thought of painting mine Sunset Orange Metallic has crossed my mind but I dunno what color bird would look good with it.
